Monroe Variable rate springs (installed on rear, have front set)
Electronic fan with temp controller
New dual exhaust with H pipe

This car does not currently run.  It ran 2 years ago with the EFI setup (very, very rough) and I couldn't get that sorted out, so I tried to go carb.  It will need to be taken out on a trailer.  I will help load it.  I have more pictures and can get more, but it may take a couple days as the car isn't at my house (parents).

Asking price is $1400 or best offer.  I'm not willing to part out the car yet, I would like to get rid of it outright.  Location is 30 minutes west of St Louis down I-44.  Contact me through email or PM.

Engine Swapping / About time....
It's been in the car for about 2 years.  It is a fresh rebuild.

Gas may be a bit old, but we did drain the tank.  It's a year old at most.

Engine Swapping / About time....
Long time, no post.  Been down at school, so I didn't get to work on the car much this last year.  Came back, and now I got her running.  Pulled it out of the garage tonight for a test drive and noticed a few things, one thing in particular.  So I ask the almighty FTCF board for help. ( We're not worthy! )

Anytime I get on the throttle, it stumbles really bad. Doesn't matter if I ease on it or get on it harder.  Doesn't do it as bad in neutral. Is a bit rough idling, but not too bad, like it need fine tuning.

Specs:
351W Truck motor
E7TE heads
Truck Cam
Cat-less dual exhaust
GT40 upper and lower
24 lb injectors
96 Cobra MAF
70 (or 72) mm TB
BBK Swap headers
Stock AOD
C3w Computer (supposedly reprogrammed to 93 Cobra specs)

Any ideas?  Fuel pressure is good.  Ran for about 10 minutes last night, another 10 tonight.  Don't know if the computer has learned what it needs to yet.  Any thoughts will be appreciated.

Lounge / One Memory
I've got three, but they all point at the same thing.

I turned 21 and got a Utah CCW license.  Big responsibility, carrying around a loaded firearm.  I was never one to get into fights, but it still makes me think twice about my words and actions.

Two of my friends got married (to each other).  I was a groomsmen, so I had a front row seat.  They both were only about 3-4 months older than me.

Then another close friend's mother died from MS.  They use to be my next door neighbors, and her husband built our house.  Hell of a woman, was strong to the end.  Her passing wasn't a total shock, but it did catch me off guard.

All of these things made me realize that I was getting to a point where life isn't going to get easier.  Real life is starting to kick in, and I'm trying to stay ahead of it.  The guys I've grown up with are going to start families, the adults I look up to are going to start leaving.  The things you look forward to growing up are going to loose their shine, and life won't be as grand as we thought it would.  The freedoms gained will come with responsibilities.  Good side of it is, that if I work hard, stay smart, and don't loose who I am, I ought to end up where I want, or be fine with it.

Now, I only could get off the  computer at 1 AM... :dunce:

Lounge / tales of Christmas loot
16 pairs of Socks :wtf:, Jerky, Jerky seasoning (for deer, alright!), 2D Maglite, 2Gb Mp3, Dremel 300, $50,  SKS stripper clips and..... TADA... a crock pot?  First year away for college and in an apartment, so I think I might have to learn how to use it.

Brother made out like a bandit.  His girlfriend had me pick up a Savage .22 for him.  Nice one too.

Merry Christmas.

If they dunked him in water, put his feet on a metal floor, and attached the positive end of battery cable to his balls, then maybe they went to far, but a busted lip?

Engine Tech / Fresh engine won't start.
Sorry, got caught up in school.  Got back last weekend, and got to check a few things:
Checked the timing again, but still nothing.  Next time, I'm going to pull off the valve cover.
MAF is a Mustang CW31 reprogrammed to use #24 injectors. Tried it with 19's too, but same thing.
Fuel pressure gets up to 40 psi, but it does it kinda slow.  Not a crawl, but noticeable.
Here is the kicker:  No compression.  Nada.  Brother said the needle didn't even try to move.  I'm guessing 1 of 2 things:  Cam is in wrong, which is a pain, but better than #2, the piston rings are lined up.
