Feels good to be back. I miss the hell outta my old 87. I sold it shortly after I got the S197 to try to pay off a credit card that I ended up having to drop the ball on anyways as with all my loans, credit cards, even had to move my family in with friends for a while shortly after we got our new place when my daughter was born in 08. Its been rough and ultimately culminated in losing my stang as the final nail in the coffin to get us back stable again, which I'm not gonna lie I miss because I love that body style. Being back here feels like coming full circle though. Business is picking back up so I want to really do something insane with my next bird to make it up to myself :D Good to see you all again and I swear nobody let me sell my next one!

Glad to see I haven't been forgotten. :) That black on raven TC sounds perfect. I was actually thinking black on raven might be hard to find, but my old interior was raven and it would feel just like home. Count me in as insanely interested.

Hey everybody,

Don't know if you all remember me or not. Used to have an 87LX5.0 that was my baby I had to sell a few years ago. Times have been insane since then (I just thought it was hard coming up with cash to fix it up when I had it) but since loosing my newer car I had bought ('07 GT) I'm getting back in the marketplace for something again over the next couple months with business picking back up.

I'm really looking for a black on black TC possibly already HO converted, or an SO 5.0 waiting to be beefed up. Should have between 5-10k to put into it, and I wanna do it right this time. Good to see you guys again.

Yeah man I agree. If a vehicle is clean then its worth more already than something thats fallin' apart. I sold mine for $2000 because it was strong and in good shape not a "fixer upper." I'll be in touch if anything changes and I can grab it.

I know its been a while since I been around. Mostly because its been hard coming around knowing I dont have the tbird anymore...but mark my word I want to be able to buy either the same one back or another one and finish what I started with it. forgot to mention its got about 170,000 on it, but its not burning oil. New timing chain and runs great. I've also got a torque converter, rebuild kit,and shift kit to go along with it for the buyer. Heater and AC work, I've replaced the alternator, battery a few times, smog pump...among other things that are coming back to me.

Well it looks like I might have to get rid of the tbird after all, which is ok because I have the stang now and once everything smooths out I'm probably gonna try and get a tubro coupe one day. Its a 87 5.0 LX, the one in my sig. Theres a link to it's car domain page there if you click the project pic.

I just redid the entire suspension. Front end links, a arm bushings, springs front and rear, shocks struts, new tires. I've got gt headers with custom exhaust, h-pipe, flowmasters. 60 mm tb..K&N Its got an amp, new radio. All kinds of stuff. I'd like to get 2000 - 2500 for it in houston tx. Make me an offer. :D
