What is the fix for a window falling forward as the window is lowered? What is the BEST method to remove the door panel? I had an 85 bird once and had to basically disassemble everything on the door and busting the armrest plastic in the process.

Ok, So I picked up 91 GT rack, spindles, rotors, calipers, dust shields, brake lines, and struts last night. I'm swapping it all over this week. What exactly needs to be done to hook up the GT lines to the T-bird hard lines. I see in the tech section something about a brass fitting but no part number or anything. HELP

My tail light lens have separated from the housings. The ones I saw in the junk yard on another 88 were the same way. Is this common and what is the remedy? Must be some kind of dum dum or epoxy to but them back together

Where can I find sway bar bushings and end links for my 88 t-bird sport? I took a good hard look at the suspension today and most everything should be replaced. No bushing remained on the drivers side sway bar bushing and the passenger side was about to fall out.

Engine Tech / Partial HO conversion OK with no adverse affects?

I am going to update the exhaust with stock HO headers, an off road H pipe and Flowmasters, change the injectors to 19lb out of an Explorer, and change just the upper to an HO with explorer 65 mm throttle body. Should I have any problems with this setup?

Since the engine has 230,000 on it. I'm going to wait and find a lower mileage shortblock for the rest of the conversion.
(this is on an 88 t-bird)

Does the 88 T-bird share the same front control arm with Mustang? EDIT: Ok i see in the tech area that 94-98 mustang control arms work on the 88's. What would it matter if I swapped in a 91 mustang Gt rack, tie rods, and control arms? I'd be using the spindles and all off the GT as well.

I'm going to add some shorty headers and a mustang off road H-pipe to my bird. Is the mustang harness plug and play or need mods? I'd rather use the mustang piece if its plug and play rather then lengthen wires.

I'm picking up a 88 T-bird sport coupe in 5 of 10 condition tomorrow with 230,000 miles and still running strong.

5.0 is sludgy and leaking due to v/c leak, cracked windshield, tail lights are not working (where would I look to repair this, fuse? faulty wiring?
Drivers window is off the track and comes up all crooked (whats the cause behind this?)

My plans are to pressure wash the hell out of the car, outside, engine bay and undercarriage, New battery and all new tune up

Then HO conversion and nice exhaust system for my daily 60 mile round trip commute.

Electrically, what are the biggest gremlins in these cars and what are the fixes?
