i was at work the other day, and i get a call from my wife. she tells me that a guy, who looked to be in his 50's, stopped by the house. she said he was parked out front with a truck and a car trailer and wanted to buy my turbocoupe. she told me that he offered her $5,000 on the spot. she told him that her husband would kill her.
granted, my car is in really good shape, but do you realize how nice of a tc i could have bought for $5k??! i only paid $1500 for the one i've got now.
I had 2.5" duals on my '87 TC, granted they were installed by a exhaust shop. I'm going to have whatever I decide installed by a shop again anyway lol.
if you want lers... you can buy back the 2.5" flowmasters that you had on the 87... those came off. i went with a 3" dynomax bullet instead.
Where does this guy live? I just moved to Omaha NE and if hes with in driving distance i would love to check it out... oh and I might make the Branson Z fest in the spring.
he's down near the lake of the ozarks... maybe about 6 hours or so for you.
hostel II... 3.25 out of 5. it was ok. nowhere near as gory as the first one, but the story is better. it was interesting to see how the whole thing worked, but i would have liked to have seen more gore.
thats pretty homo. i know ford got all upity about people using the mustang symbol not too long ago. ford kinda put the bird/cats ont he back burner to the mustangs, but i still bet they'd crack down if they saw a t-bird emblem on anything they can get money for. how hard is it to get permission to use those emblems?
it's not just ford. chevy rescinded the licensing on the bowtie badges. you used to be able to get it almost anywhere, but now the only people who have it are the ones that bought it in bulk before the decision was made.
It's a lot steeper than it looks. This is a hill right off the end of the road to my apartment. I wouldn't have been able to walk down it, although people were driving up and down it in 4WD's with no problem.
