Drivetrain Tech / C4/AOD Question
I’m slowly collecting parts for a T5 swap. I may check the V6 T5s out now. The V8 versions here run between $500-$750 and they’ve been beat on like a piñata at Chuc E Cheese birthday party! Lol.

Suspension/Steering / Wheel upgrade for '83 Heritage
Lots of guys on Four Eyed Pride are buying these right now. I would say yes they will fit. If you can’t find out for sure post the question on FEP as well. Some good guys on that site as well.

  I thought the Sport panels were like TC but didn’t know if maybe it was an option? Seems there were all kinds of combinations for options back then. That being said once you have it home let me know ..( may be other parts needed as well)

Fordman, sounds good. I thought the Sports had the TC style but I may be wrong. To me the TC style looked nice but didn’t hold up well.. Just Let me know. Thanks, Ray

Body/Appearance/Interior / T-bird grill
I agree with Eric on the grill. I actually liked the spoiler kits back in the day. I remember a lady in my neighborhood had a 85 TC with the full spoiler (ground effects)kit. It was white with dark tinted windows. Me and my friends thought it was cool at the time. Back then these cars were ahead of their time in aerodynamics. I think a true H.O. in these cars would have hurt Mustang sales....(just my 2cents)

I’m trying to find some good door panels (Non-TC style). Looking for the style that has the map pockets “molded” to the panels, & the switches are in the arm rest I believe? Would like dark blue but can dye/paint if needed. Looking for complete panels. Thanks
