Take all the panels off inside the trunk. Get inside with a strong flashlight. Have someone (you trust  :grinno: ) shut the decklid and the run water over the rear of the car. Find leak.

It looks pretty good for a prototype.

I haven't messed with 3D printers regularly in about 4 years but I remember all sorts of problems with heat warping PLA even when we painted stuff. ABS or something like it will be more stable when exposed to heat, but I'm curious how even that will hold up in a closed car, in the sun, in mid July. I'm not too familiar with how much better hobby level machines have gotten in the past 4 years but I'd hope that layer adhesion has improved.

Engine Tech / Re: 83 v8 thunderbird efi swap
Being an 83 it has CFI with an EEC-III. To go 86-93 Fox Mustang SEFI you're going to have to swap to an SEFI EEC-IV harness. Best bet for that is an 86-88 Thunderbird or Cougar with a 5.0. Or go with an aftermarket stand alone engine harness for an 86-93 Mustang. You're also going to need fuel lines from an 86-88 5.0 Thunderbird or Cougar.

I bet they just have the material, not the backing board. I really want the backing board. I have a project I want to try and I don't want to screw up my headliner board if it doesn't work.
