Fuel Pump

i have put a c3w1 computer in my car and when i went to start it i did not hear the fuel pump click on.  i took out my old HO computer and put it in just to see if it would start.  it started put could not run the car.  what pin do i need to move to run the fuel pump in the new mass air computer.
