Oil blowing past the turbo in a TC November 18, 2004, 09:36:27 PM I’m turbo illiterate, but I’m looking at a TC with a problem using oil. The engine has had all new seals etc, but there seems to be oil blowing past the turbo. The owner believes it is the turbo seal and is providing a replacement turbo with the car.Is it reasonable that the seal could be bad letting oil past the turbo into teh upper intake hose?
