midnight fender rolling club November 13, 2008, 08:47:53 PM Crunch time, I've ponied up for a Driver's Edge event so now have to get it track ready. Before doing a little bodywork with a Louisville slugger and a helping hand from a friend, I snapped a couple of pics.http://www.foxtbirdcougarforums.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=17660&stc=1&d=1226627085http://www.foxtbirdcougarforums.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=17659&stc=1&d=1226627085 Quote Selected

midnight fender rolling club Reply #4 – November 13, 2008, 10:47:55 PM The idea was to get that inside edge of the fender up and out of the way. I also ended up moving the rear flare a bit outwards. Because the OD of the tires is pretty close to stock, the bat was a little small. I also used the stock driveshaft. That worked pretty well. Between the two, the inside lip is smoothly folded up and out of the way, so I hope it's resolved. Because the springs are so stiff, we weren't able to compress the chassis enough to test clearance. That will have to wait for the track. Quote Selected
