Side motion in rearend

There is wear on the end of the axle where the c clip goes.I am wondering about something called a c clip eliminater.Or replacing the axles.Something called a moser axle.I don't know anything about any of this.

i think some side play is normal. every tbird ive had had a little. if you push the car from side to side by the trunk it will go ...plunk, plunk, plunk back and forth...

The '84 shop manual says up to .030" endplay is ok.

It is adjusted by making a shim the same shape as the C-washer and intalling it behind the C-washer.
Must have a minimum of .005" end play.

Does anyone sell the Clutch pack for the 7.5 rearend.Ford charges 200.00 for it.I can buy it for a 8.8 for 54.00 but that will not work.
