getting a new name,, apparently its new ownership (from over seas) thinks the name is not all that important.

It will still be called the Sears tower even if they change it. Same thing happens with areas and stuff. I dont know what they call the place the Blues play anymore. Schott Trade? I still call it Kiel Center, Savvis Center whatever comes out first.

Yeah, like the Toronto Stadium, Sky Dome, changed it's name to the "Rogers Centre".. pfft screw you Rogers, it's still the Sky Dome!

I still call Nextel/Sprint Cup the Winston Cup. Just used to it and its easier to remember when it changes every darn year.

I grew up in Chicago and it will always be the Sears Tower to me.

Winston cup, Busch series, and i just call the craftsman trucks, the truck race.  i TRIED to go with the new names, sprint/nationwide.. and whatever the trucks are now.  but i gave up long ago.

The same thing happens with some tracks too.  Atlanta motor speedway hasnt done it yet, but big Bruster decided to call Charlotte MS Lowe's MS.  i still call it Charlotte still tho..
