Header Fitment Probabilites

Whats the odds i could buy 302 headers for a fox and make them work on a 351w. I thought about them summit brand $119 dollar cheapies n mod them to fit??? windsor is like 1" taller than 302. 9.2 deck height vs 8.0?  prob just steering shaft probs is what i think?:toilet:

They may work.The Windsor is taller as you stated,which,also makes it wider as well.I'd grab a wicked cheap set of stock Stang headers and try them first for trial and error purposes.....unless someone else has already tried it around here.

hmmmmmm..................im guessing the 351w is in a fox?

My t-bird!! I got a tubular k-member installed,got stang mounts,so should have plenty o room to make em fit???? i would think???

i would think so, the only thing i think that might be problem would possibly be steering column, and the fenderwell-but i doubt that they will be a problem. But they should fit, but theres only 1 way 2 find out...i wasnt sure if you was talkin bout the bird or not

Yeppers!!!! just do it!! Cars been sitting for 2 years!! I got a .030 windsor with e7heads pretty fresh overhaul. So i figured id slap it in there til the clevland is finished!!! Thus why i want to find used parts!
