T-Bird/Cougar Parts & Cars FOR SALE / 5 speed Conversion parts
Cleaning out the garage and i have fox 5.0 manual transmission swap parts. this will work for converting fox body mustangs, thunderbirds and lincoln mark vii's to manual transmission. flywheel - needs resurfaced, Clutch pedal assembly, two clutch cables, trans tunnel hump and shifter boot. Location is portland, MI.

T-Bird/Cougar Parts & Cars WANTED / Need 84/85 V8 parts
O.k. guys, the guy that bought my 85 is in PA and cant get it inspected without some parts.  He needs all the air pump stuff for an 84/85 302 t-bird/cougar.
he also needs a mustang/mark vii h-pipe WITH cats as the bird has an offroad h-pipe on it.  Had i known that would be a problem before the car left, i could have swapped the stock h-pipe off my mark 7 with the one off the t-bird befre itransport picked up the bird.
he's in lebanon, PA.  Not muchluck finding anything i good shape here in MI, as everyone usually swapped ot an off road h-pipe and tosed the stock pipe.  then when the cats became worth money, they were sold.  no many folks have anyting laying aeound anymore.

1985 Thunerbird TurboCoupe, now has 85 5.0 with cast iron ford 4v intake, holley electric choke 600 carb, chrome shorty headers and a good aod trans. T/C was originally an automatic car and has the 3.45 trac-loc. LOW mileage and ZERO rust. Car had been a summer car only, no winters. Power windows, mirrors, locks, drivers seat, trunk release andfuel door release, steering, brakes. Factory sunroof with storage bag. Keyless entry - works! EXCELLENT interior. New BF GOODRICH RADIAL T/A's on original 10 hole wheels. Heat works great! Nice chrome shorty headers and off road h-pipe. full length duals with turbo lers. Sounds good. New front rotors, battery, MSD distributor cap and rotor, valve cover gaskets, rebuilt carb, . Have extra parts that go with car. Clean carfax report.

Engine Tech / 5.0 motor mounts/k member
do all the V8 83/88 t-birds have the same k member and use the same style mounts?  I ask because mine has mustang style mounts which i would asssume it then has a mustang k member?

Misc Tech / heater control update
i see mention of a swap to rotary type heater controls.  i did a search but my unskilled computer self didnt find anything.  can someone direct me to a post for this?

Suspension/Steering / p/s issue - so i'm an idiot...
ok, boguht a p/s pump seal kit today to replace the pressure line fittign o rings and the reservoir o ring.  got it all back together, filled the res and it had p/s for a split second and now its like manual steering.  i did like the ford shop manual says and raised the front of the car, ran the motor and turned the wheel multiple tiems back and forth.  still no p/s.  any ideas?  will just plain driving it help out?

Electrical Tech / What is it?
OK, thsi was in the pile of wiring harness caracass from the 88 parts T/C.  Anyone know what it is?  its one of the few eledtrical pieces that is intact!

Suspension/Steering / suspension set-ups
any way to do a sticky fr suspension set-ups?  a picture of the car (before and after if possible) and then whatever springs/shocks/struts applications were used, part numbers if available?  i see more than a few folks have done suspension mods and think i have figured out what i am going to do after talking with v8 demon and vinnie but i think it would be really beneficial to all.
