Glowing Exhaust Manifold

Hi,
I am a new member who owns 88 TBird 2.3 Ltr 5 Speed TC. I am having problems with Exhust Manifold Glows after driving a few miles. New Exhaut, CatCoverter,Plugs Wires, TFI, TPS ingniton sensor, heat sensor,Oxyen sensor,cleaned raditor, new coolant, and whole lot of other things I can't remember of the top of my head. And still I am having the same problem. I have been dealing with this for 2 Years. My Son and I have tried everything we can think of. Oh thermostate, new raditor cap.
Why is it getting so hot? I don't see anything leaking from raditor, or water pump. Could there be a blockage someplace? I would really appreciate any info that I can get. Thank you!
