1985 3.8 Litre

Runs Fine On Flat Land At 65 Mph But When You Start To Pull A Steep Hill She Cuts Out After About Two Minutes. She Will Miss Repeadetly But Never Stop. After You Get Over The Hill She Settles Down And Runs Great. Any Ideas?

Can't help ya on the engine, but one bit of advice: It would be much easier to read your posts if you used proper capitalization, instead of a capital letter on every word.

Is the carb in proper tune.  When climbing a hill it is possible that the float height is set too high and fuel is spilling into the main venturi from the vent tubes causeing a rich condition bogging the engine down. 

What level of experiance do you have with cars?  I would suggest making sure the carb is tuned.  Also verify other commen sence components such as plugs, wires, fuel and air filters.  None of these should cause a condition soley when climbing a hill however they may attribute to it. 

How does the engine idle.  Does it smoke any colors, black? blue?

1985 car wouldnt have a carb it would be CFI

83-86 3.8L's in canada were carbed

Sorry.  I forgot that the americans got cfi in 84.  Canada never had cfi fords (while some in limited numbers) with 3.8L we had carb till 87 then got sefi.

yep, got plenty of ideas but your gonna have to be willing to pop the hood.

First and easiest test would be to test the fuel presure.
Hook up to the test point on the CFI and tape your guage to your windshield.  Start the car,, good fuel presure would be @40psi.  Take the car to a steep hill where it would normally bogg out and see if it drops off in psi,,if so,,, replace the fuel filter or fuel pump.

second thing id look at is gutting that cat,, your car seems to wanna sputter when under a load so the cat may be getting clogged.

third,
id unbolt the cfi and chip away at all that carbon build up just in behind where the gold tube is that hooks up your pvc valve pipe/tube.  that gets carbon'd up and really puts a hamper on pvc recirculation. 
you might wanna see if your pvc is sucking real good.  Put your finger up to it while the engine is running,, if it agressively sucks your finger up to it,, its ok.

4th,
unbolt your egr , lay it to the side, lay a towel on the pass side engine bay,, start engine and floor it.  that would blow out anything hanging up the egr valve preventing it from seating.  test your egr also by sucking on the vac nipple using the old mouth/tongue trick. if it holds your tongue without bleeding off, its good.

i could keep going but thats bout enough to get you started.
