Bought the wife a new to us car it's a 2010 honda accord with 31,000 miles

We have been putting off getting rid of our cavalier but with 3 kids it had to be done. It's my first non American car hope it's not a total disappointment, so far very cheap feeling rock hard seats, components ok I guess, and potato chip doors(use to heavy Chevy doors). Totally went out of my comfort zone on this one but hey its a honda what could go wrong? Lol

DON'T Fart!!! You might blow the doors off !!  J/K ........... Good luck with it! It looks to be a decent looking car. Don't know what your old cavalier was getting for mileage, mine stank! That Honda should get about twice the mileage.

That's some good mileage from your cavy. Ya that extra room is worth the 2 mpg. Is it a v6?? My wife's Camary (a 4cyl) gets around 26 combined and around 32 highway (if she's driving lol).

Yeah, V6? What trim?

I've got a 2006 (7th gen) that is about to roll over 100k. I get ~28/29 combined, 30/32 highway with my 4-cyl. Not a bad car. Wanted a Fusion, but the Ford dealer was so turrible I was steered to the Accord. Drove the Camry, but it handled like a bucket of Marshmallows compared to the Fusion/Accord.

Can you manually select gears in the '10? My '06 only has 1-2-3-5. When I tow (yes, haha) on the interstate, it can't decide between 4th and 5th.
