Why do all the really nice cars end up in the junkyards and then when one finally pops up for sale locally, It's usually really beat down and worn out...
I've been looking for a set locally for years now. I've only found broken remains... Why do people go out of there way to break these? The surface area on the glass isnt very big, And the lenses are fairly thick, Seems like it might take some effort or tactic to make them shatter like that. Or... Maybe these idiots are just running around with a metal hammer and have nothing better to do. I'm baffled.
Let me know if you decide to make the trip, jrad. No worries if you are after some stuff I'm after.
Er... . WAS interested in the fog lights/brackets. Whats the point of breaking them??? But mostly interested in the Spoiler and Side Skirts and some Smaller Stuff.
Also interested in the headlight covers. Odd that they aren't in the first pic.
Haven't heard back from any parts pullers. And It's been in the yard almost 2 months, Which is 1 month longer than they tend to keep them (Lynnwood PNP at Least).
400mile round trip is just too far (unless they actually let me buy the WHOLE car )
If anyone makes the trip or gets a hold of a parts puller, Please let me know!
I actually have the far right dash panel with a beveled cutout in it. But, the car I got it from was not a turbo and it had a tripminder in the middle and digital clock to the right.
