Any one else excited about being able to put antique plates on their cars? Here in Virginia we have to wait for 25 years before we can get them. 2012 marks the year i can get the black and white tags for my car. I plan to be at DMV on the Jan 2nd to pick mine up. How does eveyone feel about our cars reaching these milestones?
For me i think its great when people ask me what my car is and are amazed at how old it is. The design and style of these cars has really held up over the years. Most people i run into think my car isnt half as old as it truely is.
Hey Shadow those are the same places im losing the bolts, drivers side header and hot side of turbo. Correct, it no ordinary 5.0 anymore. Aluminum heads, cam, the works....
Took these pictures several months ago while the install was being done. Need to take finished pictures. Been having too much fun driving it to remember to stop and take a picture.
Anyone with a after market turbo having problems keeping header and turbo bolts from backing out? Ive been losing bolts right and left. Any tips or secrets? Im getting tired of replacing copper gaskets...
I have CHE and they have been great for the Sport. If you have to wait til the end of the month,no big deal. It's just a few weeks,and there's always something else to work on til then.
I agree, i ordered mine and got the message from them about the delay. Im waiting it out to show some support to them. Its not many companies making stuff just for us.
