Having somewhat of an electrical gremlin

I am having somewhat of an electrical gremlin with the 99. It seems that on warm days like today 53 degrees and above my driver side window works but in the cooler temps like lets say 45 and below the window looks at me like im retarded when i push the button to roll it down. Im thinking that there is a break somewhere in the wire because i replaced the switch in the summer and thought it was all good, any suggestions?

add a little lubrication to the felt area along the top of the door where the window goes up into.

I noticed this happened to me on my 08 exploder and thought i had an electrical issue.  The frigging windows will ice up and freeze in place but you wont hear a single sound nor a straining motor.
