Sweet! My buddy is trying to talk me into going next year. I don't know how I'll be able to come up with the funds though, I've been laid off for 6 months now. I know it would be a blast though.

Its a lot of fun...I just talked the wife into going again this coming year.  That will make 3 in a row for me.  Its very addictive.

He did it once and love it! He's the one with the 65 GTO I've posted pics. and vids. up of. He's not sure if he can get the time off for it but if he can he'd like for me to go, he said it would be more fun to have someone else there he knows and to have our 2 cars there. That's great your wife will go! My gf said she won't do it, she can't see being cooped up in the car that long. I told her there's alot of stuff going on but she said for me to go and have fun. (If we can afford it that is.) She likes going to car shows with me but I guess a whole week will be too much for her. Oh well, someone has to work! LOL!!

I've never been for the whole week.  I've been to 3 days and that seems like enough fun...especially with the wife there.  My wife loved the driving part, but was bored within 15 minutes at the show part.

This year I plan to go 3 days again...it will be within 3 hrs of my house so I am taking the 'bird this time.

That's nice that it's that close to home for you. I guess we'll have to do some traveling just to get to it. We're doing the whole thing if we go, that's what he did the last time. I'll have to let you know if we do go for sure, that way we could try to hook up and meet and check out each others rides.
