Re: Parking brake cable rear drum to sn95 rear caliper Reply #2 – June 23, 2019, 06:04:36 PM Working on finishing my swap up ....... five years later...My buddy cut the drum ebrake cables when we put the 98 mustang axle in, sounds like I just swap in T-coupe cables from my new calipers to the intermediate cable connector?I found a couple t-coupe rear cables on ebay, but am curious if the sub $20 ones off rock auto will also work? Re: Parking brake cable rear drum to sn95 rear caliper Reply #3 – June 24, 2019, 01:52:42 PM I used all the cables off an '87 TC on my '83 when I went to disc brakes back in '98. I also had to rob the mechanism off the TC that splits them. Eric has a write up over on Cool Cats here:https://www.coolcats.net/modifying/tcaxle.html Quote Selected
Re: Parking brake cable rear drum to sn95 rear caliper Reply #4 – June 27, 2019, 04:29:06 PM Someone else may be able to chime in, but I recall the Mark VII cables working for this application. I'm fairly sure they use the same style front half of the system as the non-TC birds, so they should be a direct swap. Quote Selected
