User Rides / Lee's 1988 Thunderbird Project "Heavy Metal"
The car pretty much as delivered, I bought it off a friend who planned to use it through the winter but he wasted the transmission and abandoned it, so I picked it up on the cheap.

The previous owner before him had swapped out the stock 3.8 engine for a 5.0

Electrical Tech / Ford switches to GM harness
I'm trying to wire up my factory Ford 1988 Thunderbird multi-function (turn signal), dimmer, and headlight switches using a hod rod (GM) style harness. Wondering if anyone's done this on here and could offer me some help with it. I've been reading the EVTM and I think I've figured some of it out but am feeling pretty unsure about it. I'll keep working at it, but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Suspension/Steering / Putting the front suspension together

Did you have the rotor in place when you mounted the wheel?

You're right, I forgot the rotor. Duh! I guess I'm just used to the rotor and hub being integrated. Well, that sure is an easy fix. :D
So now it's just a matter of figuring out what parts I need to fix my steering issue.
Thanks for all the compliments!
Midget28, I'll be running a 460.
