Just Wondering

Ok i know this might sound pretty dumb

but Would one of those starsky and hutch stripes look right on an 87 cougar? I was thinkin about doin it just because i can get it for free but im screwed if it doesnt look right

Probably would look ok, but the quarter window slants the opposite way that the original stripe does. :ies:

Yeah, I think it's pretty cool. I did a Photoshop of this a while back, let me see if I can find it. I had the line follow the window. Looked pretty good.

I'd have to see it done on a car (photoshopped is fine) to comment on it.. but generally, I'm not wild about *most* stripes. (unless maybe the car looks like "Eleanor".. heh) I prefer monochromatic, or two-tone at a natural divide like the bumper strip.
