Spring questions

I'll be putting new suspension parts in the old bird over the winter, and I'd like to know what the difference is between the '87-'88 Sport springs are compared to a stock 302 powered t-bird, also compared to the heavy duty springs offered by MOOG.
On the stock springs what's the height of the springs...mine seem to be shorter than some...also what's the diameter of the thickness of the springs?

 Also I noticed my sway bar was a lil to no rust, and is silver...what's the diameter on the stock sway bars?
