Interesting eBay Cougar (Idaho special edition???)

Found this on eBay and two things struck me as odd: First, the guy says it's an "Idaho special edition" and second, check out its options (or lack therof). Manual windows, no cruise or tilt, etc...
 
The only options the guy has listed are A/C and power mirrors

"Item has been removed by ebay."  I guess it was a scam or something, the site says the auction has been removed.
