Electrical Tech / Autolamp Problem
My bird turns it's own light's on and off, and dims them by itself. I have been driving this car as a DD for 4 years and a guy asked me the other night to turn the lights off while waiting for him in his driveway....
I had no idea how! I don't think I have ever done that before.
 
That switch is probably the least used switch on that whole car.

User Rides / Well this sucks
So it’s my long weekend.. 4 days, Friday to Monday for my birthday. They ask me to come in Friday because some VIP is going to be here and I need to meet with him… Some trucker swings a corner wide at 7am and back of his trailer does this to my car… then to top it off the VIP doesn’t show. So I came into work today just to get my car crunched.

I think I'm going to go home and go back to bed!

As many of you may recall I’m building a house..
Yesterday after using a #16 nail to pull staples out of the end of a 2x4 and slipping and stabbing myself between the thumb and index finger of my left hand, I needed to put 12 steps down off my deck. I have a 2x12 notched for the steps, I need to add a 2x4 to this for strength (both approximately 12 foot long) I have this 2x12 in place and begin nailing the 2x4 to it. I get to the lowest nail and it’s a bit wobbly so I brace the left side with the side of my foot.(while nailing from the right with a galvanized #16 nail and a very large hammer) All is going well, the 2x’s are stable now.. one final swing of the hammer to drive that baby home and I learn that a #16 nail is about ½ longer than a pair of 2x’s are wide… out the left side it comes, through my shoe and into the side of my left foot.

What’s up with that? Got Select All and Paste. What did you mod’s do with “Copy”

I have to use Ctrl/Insert with my left hand... my left hand is usualy busy!

My wife’s 1995 Blazer is a POS.. in the last 2 years it has cost us
$500 Air conditioning pump (+)
$1300 Fuel line wore a hole in the fuel injector, needed to replace both.
and recently
$800 fuel pump went out disintegrating itself washing pieces of itself down the fuel line tearing through the filter and plugging half the new injector.
 
I want the POS gone so I been keeping an eye out and just came across this...
1990 GT Convertible 25th silver Anniversary, one adult woman owner. 103,000miles. 30k on a $1900 AOD rebuild new HD radiator and $380 exhaust system. Owner tells me only 412 were made with this color combo.
Owner wants to trade for an SUV.

If you recall my vote for the "shagiest car ever" was the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren… I just got this little advertisp00get thing from E-Bay with a wright up on the coups new sister. She’s a drop top with 0-60 in 3.8 sec and a top end of 207… and keeping with Mercedes knowing how to do things I’ll quote from the article
