General Fox T-Bird/Cougar Discussion / Re: 3D Printable parts library
I've added a few 3D printed bits to my car. First: I made this flip down panel to store my sunglasses. The red pieces hold magnets that hold that panel shut.

Second project is going to be a switch panel. It will keep the cigarette lighter, but with some switches for auxillaries. For the meantime its just a "block-off panel" but I'll model holes once I order switches.

Suspension/Steering / Re: Sn95 steering knuckle issue
I found some washers that were 0.125in thick, and stacked 1 on each side of the spindle. The difference between the spindles is about 0.25in. I also had to cut a flat spot on said washers. So instead of them being a perfect circle, the were D-shaped.

Lounge / Re: Having Forum issues
I was also having issues using the site. It loaded as all text, and formatted kinda funny. Everything shifted to the left. I use google chrome as my browser.

Tried using mozilla, same problem. Went back to chrome and used the http:// NOT https:// and loads up just fine. Same story in mozilla. It just doesn't like the secure-site.

Thanks for all your effort Eric!

Have you tried Simple Green or warm water with Dawn dish soap using a Scotchbrite pad? This should help some followed up by a vinyl treatment from a reputable company like Meguiars. Sorry to hi-jack...

Ive tried simple green, it worked for a little while. Thats what I normally use to detail/clean interior bits. I think I had better luck with Goo-Gone. But clearly neither has permanently remedied the problem.
