T-Bird/Cougar Parts & Cars FOR SALE / Selling my 86 Turbo Coupe (need a daily driver ASAP)
I am selling my project do to not enough time, I need another car ASAP, a close place to store it, and not enough money to rebuild it presently. The car has over 200K miles on it. The engine does need to be replaced. The engine over heated from the fan relay burning out. I’m Asking $1600 obo. The car is located in mayland. I will except lower if certain parts are removed. The car has the following parts on it (but not all listed):
- Aluminum Flywheel w/ Centerforce Clutch
- Big Valve head with ported bowls (oil feed for gauges and turbo are on back of head, side got cracked and is now plugged. Will need to be milled and have new cam bearings)
- ARP Head Studs
- Ford Motorsport A237 Cam
- Esslinger Wide belt kit (crank, aux, and cam) w/Tensioner 
- Esslinger Water Pump and Crank pulleys
- Esslinger Windage Tray
- Chucks Motor Mounts w/Energy Suspension Tranny mount
- Ported E6 Manifold
- 87-88 Intercooler with Forged Bypass Valve
- PE computer with superchip
- Large VAM w/K&N Filter and 35# injectors
- 95 Amp 3G alternator
- Auto Meter Phantom Air/Fuel, Boost, Oil Pressure Guages
- Sony CD Player
- 87-88 hood (extra 87-88 hood comes with car)
- 16” 87-88 wheels on car (need tires)
- URP Firewall adjuster and clutch quadrant
- Hurst Shifter
- 8.8 w/3.55 gears and mustang axels (28 spline and narrower then stock)
- SVO Master Cylinder w/5.0 Mustang Brake Booster
- 11” front brakes with 73 mm calipers
- Poly Bushing in front Control Arms, sway bar, tranny cross member
- Maximum Motorsports Caster/Camber Plates
- Maximum Motorsports Lower Rear Control Arms
- CHE Upper Rear Control Arms

There is more that I can’t remember on the car that is not listed. If you buy the car for the $1600 (or close), the following also go with the car.

Don't feel bad. I traded my 86 TC (my DD) in for a 98 Buick Regal 3.8 SC. I like it, but NOT a TC! Though, AC is very nice!!!!

Why would I want that if a Turbo Coupe can already hang with a Z06 on the top end?

Trust me!, I know and I have a witness....well, the person that instigated the race at least. Anyone have a 200km Canadian speedo so I can switch it to MPH now????:D

No, you can do the same with a Ford 460/514.....but, turbos on it are more fun!
