Post your NA times...

I ran NA last night to see what it would run and here are the results:

1.99 60ft
8.66 @ 81.76 1/8 mile
13.44 @ 103.81 1/4 mile

I need to get the car out of the hole better, I probably need more converter than my TCI 2800 stall, which doesnt stall near that high. Id like to get into the 12s NA.

I made a couple passes with the 125 shot:

1.83 60ft
7.94 @89.5 1/8 mile
12.28 @ 113.44 1/4 mile

Not my best, but personal best at that track which is known for not hooking vary well. Temps were around mid 50s, 8x% humidity. I plan to go back one more time before the winter.

Anyway, it would be nice if ppl could post their NA times, and combos so I could get an idea of whats next in order to get into the 12s NA. Thx

There's no track around here, but my NA times would likely be in the low 17's or high 16's :D

You know my combo....

Yea its a old time slip, but it went 8.43@82.9 in the 1/8mi last fall down at Northeast, again on a 1.90 short time.  Earlier the same evening it broke 83 mph on a 8.45 run, my Bird definatly likes cool weather.

Interestingly the 16.52 in the other lane is just about what a totally stock TC will run..

Eddy heads,19# injecters,65mm TB,B-cam,76mm MAM,2800 stall,4.10s out back,GT40 intake. And your other basic 5.0 bolt on junk thrown in there. That was run with the car cutting out at 5800 in between 1st and 2nd.
I agree about more stall,I think if I could get the short time down I could run 13 flat or 12.9?.

Yeah I'm still alive. Honestly Tom, I haven't driven the coug in more than 1 year. It's under a cover in my driveway with a 5.8 that needs a rebuild. That pretty much goes for the whole car as well. I've mainly had my hands full with trying to hurry up and finish school, that and my job and finally getting the house finished being rebuilt. The exterior is all done, just needs to be drywalled (fun). I sold the MN-12 back in December, and have had my hands full with the replacement. Not bad so far, I've put about 14K on it since (yeah I drive ALOT) but still has under 80K miles on it. I'm actually thinking about making this one a secondary show car since it's in such great condition. It's the only car I've had so far that I haven't done a single mod to, not even a K&N filter. But yeah, I plan to attend all of the normal events this summer, just won't be in a cougar for a while. But it'll come back bigger and better, I guarantee :D
