Good-fitting floor mats? October 27, 2019, 08:27:47 PM The floor mats in the TBird are of some generic application, and really don't fit for squat in the car. You guys have a source for a decent set that fit well?I don't really need anything on them (I'd only accept a TBird emblem if it was the 83-84 style anyway), just something that works better than what I have. What do you guys like? Re: Good-fitting floor mats? Reply #2 – October 28, 2019, 07:46:08 AM I've had a set from ACC for years. They are Thunderbird/Cougar specific and fit/look exactly like the originals. I think they run around $100-120 for a set of 4. Quote Selected

Re: Good-fitting floor mats? Reply #7 – October 28, 2019, 03:59:56 PM I have ACC mats in both cars. No issues, good fitment, holding up very well. They seem to be about the same thickness, maybe a bit thicker, than stock.BTW, Fox Mustang floor mats work quite well in a Cougar/T-Bird. Just FYI. Quote Selected

I'll take a picture of them in my car and post it up later. Quote Selected Last Edit: October 28, 2019, 04:01:37 PM by thunderjet302

Re: Good-fitting floor mats? Reply #12 – October 29, 2019, 03:38:29 PM So I got mine years ago where ISTLCRUZ mentioned and they are really nice. Even have logos and tons of colors and start at about $77. Logos are pretty pricey but I opted for one just to make them less generic.https://www.stockinteriors.com/floormat.asp?Itemid=2358&ModelId=208 Quote Selected 1 Likes
