This ended up being voltage sensitive. At anything above 14v, it works pretty good on both windows, but when voltage dips, it ends up running about 2 or 3 inches at a time. BUT, it has at least been a robust mod that's been in the car almost 10 years and still works the same.
Pro-tip, making the transmission drain plug the lowest point of the car, then dropping said car on SN-95 springs is dumb. Car is back to an AOD pan now.
Links are dead, so the phone app is called TunerView in the play store. (I'm commenting on on my important tech threads with updates and other info so that they show up to Gumby as recent posts and finding the tech info on my car from the board is easier)
Update, it worked. It was awesome, and about a week later, as predicted, self-annihilation. I installed block-off covers and cut out most of the wiring I added. I suppose if Gumby wanted to, he could open them back up and use a vacuum actuated cutout or an electric cutout out actually made for the job.
