hey everybody, im making a JY run this weekend, and i wana pickup everything i need fo the HO swap:burnout:. i was wandering if somebody could tell me which mustang i should look at, i wana keep my car SD, im gonna pick up heads, intake, eec, injectors and hopefully the cam, will any foxbody work, also what uear taurus should i grab the fan out of. also wanna know what 5 lug rear would be best to grab, are the sn95 stang rears the one to get, any help would be great
:mad:well for the past two weeks i been battling to get my car back on the road, i had to put a new tranny in, which woulndt have ben that bad if my buddy wouldn have messed up and made it to where i had to drop the new tranny to fix his mistakes:mad:, then i tried to install my bbk shorties and they didnt fit so i had to beat a dent into them:mad:, then a header bolt stripped causing major problems, its fixed now, and now i have been trying to get this off road h pipe done for two days, but dont you know the rain cant stay awy long enuff for me to get it done:punchballs:, i just wana drive my car again, but it seems like something doesnt want me to get it done, idk, im reall just trying to vent,
well when i put in my new aod tranny i also installed some bbk shorty headers, well they dont have a spot for the 02 sensors and the stock exhaust dont bolt up, which dont really matter cuz im fixing that this weekend, my question is, can i drive the car and be ok without 02 sensors, also would it be wise to have the exhaust shop make my 02 sensors work in the new pipes like directly after the header and before the cats, o the exhaust is gna consist of true dual no crossover pipe coming out infront of the rear tires
hey evrybody, im kinda new to these forums, i have browsed here alot tho, i have a 88 tbird 5.0, i bought this car for 400$ in stock form, it has 107k original on it, since ive owned it(about 1.5 mths) i have installed a cdplayer, dropped the old tranny an stuff a rebuilt tranny 300$ in(on a gravle driveway with just a floor jack lol), i have installe a set of bbk unequal length headers 65$, and it has a short ram intake and msd ignition, and a custom set of aluminum wheels 125$, next week it will get a 2.5 inch exhaust exiting in front of the rear wheels, im in the process of traking down all my H.O. conversion parts, ell heres the pics lmk what you think stock 5.0 400$ drove it away first mod cdplayer, this site really helped with that next was the wheels and these nice headers my motor, smog pump delete and h.o. conversion soon how she sits now
well im new here ive been browsing for quite a while now, my question is, i have put a rebuilt aod tranny in my car and need to know how to adjust the linkage, like all the gears work and engage but te dont line up rite on y column
