Bearmax looking real good underhood im jealous =D..i swapped the 351 in just never got to remove the wires and hoses in there its a mess,now i really want to start cleaning up now =p
i have a 351 in my 87 sport, with a victor jr intake manifold and a demon 825 carb, to use an air filter i need a hoodscoop or to cut the stock hood, without an airfilter or with the carb "hat" used for storage i can close the hood with no problems
i had the same problem with my stock 5.0..whenever im on an empty highway and i want to cruise with my destination being at least 70 miles away,i used cruise control..5 minutes maximum and then it would floor the gas,if i was pushing the button persistently it would turn off,never used it again..heck converted the motor to carburetor ;P

i did look through the older threads but it didnt say too much about long tube swap headers..i have a 10.3:1 cr 393, and i am choking the out of it with the mustang stock shorties as a temporary solution..
one more question, on The Corral forums many people say that the quality of MAC headers are ,is that something i should go by and just stick to BBK's? thanks for the help in advance =)
hopefully they will,im about to run into some cash and ill get those from summit. The problem is that i have to run an international order..with next day shipping and express and all those expediting services ill still get it after 3 weeks, and it would be a MAJOR pain if i have to ship them back because they dont fit, this is why ive been worried. Thanks for the help you guys, if anyone else wants to chime in i would appreciate it, i need this encouragement =p
will it clear? because it is very tight in there..and you guys are talking about long tubes right? would there be a big difference in performance/sound between shorty headers and long tubes?
