Update on my 87 bird

Took some pics of the old rims for CL, so i figured Id post what little Ive done.

Thought I had finished the 5 lug swap, but the front right caliper must be locked up. Its dragging pretty bad, so Im just going to replace it. A Cardone caliper is thirty something bucks, so I think its money well spent.

Bought the rims for $100 from a guy in Pearland, got some 245/45's el cheapos from a ghetto tire shop on 59. I bought an exploder intake, TB, and P heads all used off Corral, but havent put them on. I think I should just do a junkyard rebuild on an Ho shortblock. That way Ill start with forged pistons, and have some valve reliefs. Bought a bassani x pipe that looks new for $125, too.

I bought some Motorsport headers that were pictured to be P compatible, but when they showed up, the guy had used a new pic for some old school headers. Im waiting on a refund.
