Custom Sub Box

i have a bandpass in my 87 tbird now, but anyone else that has that like me, knows the problem. the bandpass takes up almost the whole trunk  :shoothead so instead of killing my whole trunk for the sake of subs, i wanted to build a custom box that goes into the back area of the trunk that is under the back board by the seats. problem is the height of the trunk wihtout the dip is about 13 inches im not sure exact, which is just big enough to fit a box for 2 10" kickers with no room to spare  :disappoin , n e one done this and have any suggestions will be much appreciated  :bowdown:

i do have a site that will calculate dimensions if u plug in reqired volume and or vise versa, but still n e one done this b4?

Check around on Cardomain... there's a kid on there with a Fox T-bird who has 3 10's built into a custom box in there.  I too would eventually like to have subs in there.  Currently the single 12" bandpass box sucks up all the trunk room.

yea i hear ya bro thats exactly what i got, n if u mean the guy whos got the gold thingy with plexiglass over his dip in the trunk with the amps thats wehre i got the idea
