I hate anything to do with gear oil so this is to motivate myself to change it.
Last October, my friend bought a, '06 Z06 Corvette out of Ohio. Took a flight with him to drive the car back home. He bought it for a track car (and fun) that runs compared to his two RX7's. I have been displaced a bit in the garage but that is the way it should be.

Head work, Long tube headers, and a centrifugal blower make it interesting to drive on the street without getting carried away or in a ditch.

Hope it stays warm for you. We've been in a deep freeze in the northeast.

Sounds great!
Must be very satisfying to hear it run?

Agree, extending those tubes to lower the would be ideal to clear the knuckle.
I wonder if the spacing and bolt pattern on the exhaust is the same as the 4.0?

I wonder what that engine with a cross over pipe will sound like?
Wiring makes me shudder.

So much better! A little less on the dB's for the longer drives and I can hear the radio better. Also having correct reading from the wideband is a plus.
I've rented a spot in my friend's garage for the winter. Yesterday I put the 'Bird away before the snow comes and all the salt on the roads.
Now that marching band is done for my daughter's schedule, the parent taxi cab service has gotten a mild break. Two teenagers are busy. Plans for the winter is tear into the wastegate actuator and the gate operation. Replace the starter solenoid and the ignition switch (I think it is the solenoid going bad but not a bad idea to replace both).
I'd like to get a caster/camber alignment kit this winter just to tinker around with the MM caster plates.

I just hope the next video isn't "How to repair your hood" video.

Still on the stock computer. I did bump the fuel pressure up a bit to make up for the brown tops. It's an item I plan to back off once I have my setup done if the AFR is too rich at WOT.
