mustang 8.8 into 86 tc

So i got an 8.8 rear with 4:10s to go in my 86 tc but the rear is from a stang. Anything i have to do or do i just swap rears. Thanks

you can swap it right in. It should be about 3/4 of an inch too short. You should also be able to swap your stock axles back in if it is an issues. All the length I do belive is in the axle shafts.
