No, my Dad bought it new and handed it over to me about 3 years ago.  Still remember when he bought it and my first ride in it.  He kept it garaged and it has never seen a winter.  It was his Baby for a long while.

That looks really nice. Al most scary clean.

Since it's not a daily driver and considering how clean/low mileage it is you have some sort of collector insurance policy on it right?
88 Thunderbird LX: 306, Edelbrock Performer heads, Comp 266HR cam, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, bunch of other stuff.

Yes, its insured for $8000, though I don't think its worth that much, I keep pictures saved so if something happens, they know the condition and mileage.

That is a very well kept car i must say.
