I don't normally ask for favors, but my Sister is in the running for this contest. She's entered a workout video contest. If you have a minute to vote for her that would be awesome. Contest ends at 4pm and she just dropped into second. Let’s use that fox bird/cougar power and make her win. Here is the link, and her video is the one titled Failure. http://www.marksdailyapple.com/contest-poll-2012-primal-blueprint-workout-videos/#more-31838 Vote early and vote often.
ranger 2.5 cranks, have smaller mains, they are not as strong as 2.3's That being said I did see an n/a 2.3l stroked to a 2.5l with an essy head and 13:1 flat top pistons that went 219.6mph at Bonneville
I love this site so much, it makes me want another bird just to have more in conman with you guys! maybe my mark is close enough?
in that case by the words of thunder chicken, yes I'm going to sell them, and I do take requests, but at an additional charge. these things take time ya know. I actually got my first commissioned job today. I am exited and nervous, due to the amount of money I'm being paid, and the car that it is. I've met a few rich and famous people in my life. I don't get impressed by that. But oddly enough, I get star struck by famous cars. Ya, the car is a car that has been in a few magazines and I've drooled over it at many of car shows. It's like if "insert your favorite celebrity here" asked you for a ride home. So we shall see what happens.
thanks guys, I am going to be selling them next year but seeing as I'm not a paid advertiser I don't feel right talking about that here. I respect the heck out of this board. maybe if things go well I'll look into buying add space. but non of these cars are for sale anyway. the 40 ford is my baby, the stang is my dad's christmas preasent, and the chevy is my step dads. abot 4 days goes into each car right now, and 3 days into the base. I use a lot of tricks to weather them but mostlyh a demal tool and fire! lol
thanks for all the kind words, it's plastic. And now displayed at my local hobby shop. I've got two more on the bench right now, been doing them at the same time to knock them out by Christmas. still have a little work to go but thought I'd share.
since my bird passed away last year, I dont have a bird to post, but here is the closest thing I have. my 89 LSC, I have been slowly tweaking the body. hence the coat of many colors. 200,000+ miles and still going strong.
the girls old ride, 89 bill blass, parked in my soon to be brother in laws backyard, we retired her this year. just needed more than I was willing to give.
still foxy but not big, my 84.5 Predator GT302 Cobra. still waiting on bumper extenders in order to finish the front end.
The girls new ride, 88 Lx vert and soon to be the new resting place of my old 88 turbocoupe's heart and sole.
and lastly my side project. built from spare parts, and costing a grand total of $0 so far.
