Need advice T3/T4 Hybrid

I am going to buy a T3/T4 hybrid turbo from a guy and he will also make me a 3inch downpipe for it. He wants $450 for it and I was wondering if that's a good price? It's a brand new turbo. He said it is good up to about 450 HP.

I am new at this whole turbo car deal but I hear the hybrids are a great way to go. :hick:

I got two on my 5.0 and that seems like a fair price. I paid $375 each to get mine rebuilt
