Website software not recognizing upload....

I tried uploading a new skin to my other forum via an FTP server through the webhost files. When I log into the website via it's admin control panel, it will not recognize the new skin. I've already purged the cache and the files are in the correct place.......

Thoughts? It a phpbb forum BTW....
