Getting finances together. I ran up 2 credit cards for home repair/improvement and I'm sick of paying them. Last month I paid off my truck early and a whole bunch of other came up RIGHT after. My savings account took a nasty hit. The price is non-negotiable. It is what it is. I don't HAVE to sell, but it would clear up a lot and make it easier to achieve another goal. I'm looking into purchasing a second home within the next 18 months. This summer was a nightmare. I did quite a few things to get my finances in check yet every time I did so some unforeseen issue popped up. Story of my life.....It's getting REAL old.
